General information

We are located in one of Bavaria's most beautiful regions: Auf der Gsteig – Hotel - Restaurant - Wellness - Golf with a direct view of Lechbruck am See in Ostallgäu and the entire Alp mountain range.

Our four-star hotel is impressively situated on a hill with a wonderful and unique sun terrace. Enjoy the Upper-Bavarian Alps all the way to the Algäu and Tyrolean mountain ranges. The hotel is located the direct vicinity of Füssen and Linderhof with its world-famous royal castles (for example Neuschwanstein Castle) and the World Heritage Site "Wieskirche".

Our 18-hole golf course is located directly on hotel premises and the entire course offers up fantastic views of the Allgäu, Tyrol and Ammergau Alps. The picturesque holiday resort Lechbruck at upper Lake Lechsee and the green hillsides of the Allgäu region with its typical hamlets and farmhouses provide the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

During your stay you may use our wellness area with fitness room and indoor pool.

Reduction for children: until 2 years are free of charge in the bed of the parents

We will charge € 10,00/day for travel beds for babies

3rd person in a double room (from 3 years) will get a discount of 75% of the room rate.

How to arrive: take the A7 till exit Nesselwang, drive towards Seeg and Roßhaupten than onto Lechbruck am See or you may take the A95 Munich – Garmisch, exit Murnau drive towards Bad Kohlgrub on the 2059 or you may take the A96 direction Lindau, exit Landsberg/Lech west and drive towards Schongau. The Hotel Auf der Gsteig is located between Bernbeuren and Lechbruck am See (district road OAL 8)
